Extreme athlete claims yet another fitness record with impressive handstand push ups
An extreme athlete who joked she’s lived her life “upside down” has claimed an impressive fitness record.
Stefanie Millinger (Austria) pushed all of her physical limits to smash the record for most consecutive nose to ground handstand push ups (female) with a total of 23.
The 34-year-old, who admits she loves a challenge, says she’s worked for years to perfect this difficult move, so much so that it became part of her daily training routine.
Stefanie told us: “Fitness is number one priority for me. It is literally the biggest part of my life where I spend most hours of my day.”

While she’s incredibly pleased with how cleanly she performed her 23 nose to ground handstand push ups, Stefanie is confident she could do even more.
“I will probably give it a second try,” she teased.

With records like this, things can often go wrong or hopefuls can be injured during their training, but thankfully for Stefanie, everything worked out as planned.
