Man stands on Sadhu nail board for 13 hours to prove people can do anything

Ferdinand Morellec (France) channelled all of his inner zen when he spent more than 13 hours standing on a Sadhu nail board.
With the support of his friends, Ferdinand endured 13 hours, 13 minutes, and 13 seconds with his bare feet pressing into nails.
How long could you last?
The impressive feat earned the 32-year-old the record for longest duration standing on a Sadhu nail board (male).
Video from his attempt, in Dubai, UAE, in April 2024, shows him doing his best to pass the time and take his mind off the discomfort by popping on his headphones for some audio accompaniment.
Ferdinand had to beat the previous record of 12 hours, 12 minute and 8 seconds set by Ramy Naouss (Lebanon) in Dubai, UAE on 5 March 2023.
And he says this record was made for him as he’s been performing barefoot stunts for years.
Sadhu nail boards are used in yoga and spiritual activities.
They can aid in stress reduction and alleviate symptoms of fatigue.
They’re also seen as a testament to the lengths a person can go to in their pursuit of spiritual enlightenment and inner peace.
Ferdinand said: “I wanted to show that everyone, with the right mind and preparation, can do anything.”
As he reached the end of his attempt, a group of his friends did a countdown and supported him as he finally stepped off the nails.
