Disney Castle LEGO spread

With its pearly grey and sky blue domes reaching for the sky, Disney’s Cinderella Castle is iconic.

The castle is actually based on Walt Disney’s animated version which appears in the film Cinderella from 1950.

And there is a true touch of magic because the castle isn't as tall as it looks down to a simple architectural trick where the doors and the windows at the top are smaller to the ones further down. This fools our eyes into thinking they are much further up and therefore we think the castle is bigger!

Having said that, the castle at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida stands 57.6 m (189 ft) tall making it the Tallest castle in a theme park.

Now you could be in with a chance to win the LEGO version of this 27-tower castle which comprises of 4,080 pieces, measures 74 cm (29 in) high x 48 cm (18.8 in) wide x 31 cm (12 in) deep and includes five Minifigures: Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald and Daisy Duck and Peter Pan’s Tinker Bell.

To be in with a chance of winning this fantastic kit, head over to the dedicated page about the castle and answer the question on the form.

Entries from the UK, Ireland and Canada are eligible and must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. GMT on Friday 30 November.
