Whether you're a cat or dog lover – or perhaps you own a gerbil, guinea pig or even or even an exotic creepy-crawly – you have a chance to join Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief, Craig Glenday, this weekend at the National Pet Show in the NEC in Birmingham, UK.
As part of this animal extravaganza from 3-4 November, Craig will be introducing a parade of four-legged record-breakers on the "Canine Catwalk", and Guinness World Records' talent hunters will be on the lookout to find the next big name in record-breaking pets.
This is your chance to see up close the skipping sensation Jessica and her owner Rachael (Most skips by a dog and human in one minute), the giant leonberger Hagrid (Fastest time to catch 10 items by a dog) and Mojo the poodle (Most rotations by a dog on the hind legs in 30 seconds).
Animals Editor Adam Millward will also be on hand to answer your creature-related questions, and sign copies of the Guinness World Records: Amazing Animals and the latest release, Wild Things!
Other highlights include record-breaking Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick, who'll inspire young visitors at his specially built ‘Noel’s Ark’.
He'll also be doing a book signing at the show, following the release of his brand new book, Listening to the Animals: Becoming the Supervet.
Wildlife fanatic and TV presenter Michaela Strachan will host SuperDogs Live (a jaw-dropping live extravaganza celebrating the nation’s love of dogs) and signing copies of her wonderful book Michaela Strachan's Really Wild Adventures.
