This week's episode is not for the faint-hearted - in our clip below, sideshow performer “Lizardman”, aka Erik Sprague (USA), attaches 16 kg (35 lb 4 oz) to his earlobe piercings and set a new Guinness World Records title for the Heaviest weight lifted and spun with pierced ears.
The experienced sideshow performer clips the huge weight to his ear piercings and then spins round three times in 360° circles while on the set of 'Lo Show dei Record' in Milan, Italy on 19 Jun 2014.
The weight Lizardman spun from his earlobes was heavier than two large bowling balls.
As well as having super-strong ears, Sprague boasts loads of body modifications including sharpened teeth, a full-body tattoo of green scales, a bifurcated tongue and many subdermal implants.
The Heaviest weight lifted by pierced ears is 14.9-kg (32-lb 13.5-oz). Johnny Strange (UK) lifted a keg that was attached to a hook through his pierced ears in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, UK, on 12 Oct 2013.
