At this year's E3, Qualcomm set the Guinness World Record for the Longest Mobile Gaming Marathon on a Tablet after 26 hours, 0 minutes, and 2 seconds of gaming.

The Snapdragon Gaming World Record Challenge pitted 32 gamers against each other to play on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 powered by the Snapdragon all-in-one processor.

Gamers played one of five games: GT Racing: Motor Academy (Gameloft), Virtua Tennis (Sega), Galaga: Special Edition (NAMCO Bandai), Fruit Ninja (Halfbrick), or Blood & Glory (Glu).

By the end of the two day marathon, 26 made it through the entire 26 hours.

Efren Ballestamon from Chula Vista, Calif. walked away with the grand prize of $20,000 for achieving the high score in Homerun Battle 2, by Com2uS.
