Maybe I am a little crazy too in a good way. I practiced long distance walking only four times

but I walk it on the globe almost every day for fun. I tried to walk slowly and carefully

I had to trust myself and my body. And no matter what happened, I tried to keep moving and I tried to ignore all negative feelings

Corners of the track were most difficult. I had to focus on keeping a calm pace

At the same time, I needed to turn and move forward. At 500 meters, my feet started to hurt

It was mentally hard to tolerate the pain that was getting worse on every step

Once I get an idea, I make it happen. I ignore all negative comments, stay confident and move forward
