Saudi Telecom Company celebrates country’s national day with patriotic record attempt

Saudi Telecom Company (STC) wanted to find a special way to celebrate Saudi National Day and decided to attempt the Guinness World Records title Largest human image of a country/continent.

 

An impressive 600 people, all wearing the white thobe national dress, came together to form an image of Saudi Arabia at the company’s headquarters in the King Abdulaziz Complex (STC HQ) in Riyadh.

 

 

Guinness World Records adjudicator Adam Brown flew out from London to officiate the attempt and was thrilled to announce it as a success.

 

 

STC wanted to demonstrate their commitment to the Saudi community as the nation is currently executing a National Transformation Program as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

 

The company chose to set this record to set an example of unity.
