World’s tallest cable car built in Vietnam to boost tourism

Sun Ha Long LLC recently unveiled the Queen cable car in Ha Long City, in the Quang Ninh province of Vietnam, and it was confirmed by Guinness World Records as the Tallest cable car tower in the world.
 
Measuring a striking 188.88 m (619 ft 8.16 in) tall, the cable car system is a non-stop aerial tramway that was built by CWA Constructions.
 

 
With the introduction of this enormous cable car to Sun World Ha Long Park – a new theme park in Ha Long Bay – guests now have the opportunity to travel over 2 km across the beautiful, scenic landscape.
 
Talking about the new record, chairman of Quang Ninh provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Long commented: “This is a very special tourist product which will help attract a lot more tourists to Quang Ninh province in general and Ha Long city in particular and build Quang Ninh into province with the service sector taking the lead by 2020.”
 
 
 
Sun Ha Long LLC have previously set a record for the Highest passenger capacity in a cable car cabin with 230.
