The annual international “
Circle of Light” festival in the Russian capital has broken its own record for the
Largest projected image once again – and measuring more than 2.5 times larger, this year the video animation was even more spectacular.
The stunning show was created using high-res video mapping designed by a team of specialist 3D graphic artists.
The colourful display depicted two stories – one relating to the history of the university and the other about the protected areas of Russian landscape – and they were accompanied by voiceovers from actors, musicians and television presenters.
Guinness World Records adjudicator Seyda Subasi Gemici attended the event to officiate the two record attempts and present certificates to the organisers once their success was confirmed.
The light festival is a project of the Moscow Government and the event was coordinated by LBL Communication Group.
