Brazilian YouTube channel Manual Do Mundo, presented by Mariana Fulfaro and Iberê Thenório, has celebrated its 10th anniversary and obtaining more than 10 million subscribers with a special event in Tom Brasil, São Paulo.

There, a Guinness World Records official adjudicator presented them with an official certificate for having achieved the Most subscribers for a Portuguese language science and technology channel on YouTube.

The event on 22 July included experiences and challenges for attendees, as well as a replica of the successful game SciTruco, a popular segment on the channel, which focuses on fun and interactive science.

The show also presented a surprise list of guests and YouTubers from Manual Do Mundo's 10-year history.

Hélio de la Peña, Felipe Castanhari (channel Nostalgia), Gusta Stockler, Tavião (Otávio Albuquerque), Zelune and Lito Sousa (channel Aviões e Músicas) were part of honorary mentions.

This is the first record Manual Do Mundo has ever received.
