Alessandro Bonacorsi – aka "Alle Tattoo" – has permanently etched his name in the record books after completing the world’s Longest tattoo session (multiple people).

The popular Italian tattoo artist executed 28 tattoos over a continuous period of 57 hours 25 minutes 30 seconds during an attempt in Limidi di Soliera, Italy earlier this month.

Guinness World Records adjudicator Lorenzo Veltri was invited to officiate the marathon attempt and was thrilled to award Alle Tattoo with his third Guinness World Records title.

The successful attempt marks a comeback for Alessandro, who has set a record for this title four times now. His previous record was usurped in 2015 with a time of 56 hours 30 minutes.

In addition to promoting Alessandro’s tattoo studio, the event raised money for a children’s charity.

With fellow Italian Riccardo Rivieccio, Alle Tattoo also holds the record for the Most tattoos in 12 hours by a team of artists: 836 tattoos by 12 artists, on 26 Oct 2013 (pictured below).

Then on 10 Oct 2015, Alle Tattoo arranged the Most people to form a tattooed sentence: 77. Their tattoos spelled out “Step by step together for a world of peace happiness family passion art love tattoo and music.”

Alessandro Bonacorsi’s achievements are featured in the Guinness World Records 2017 Edition alongside loads of incredible and shocking body modification records.
