Welcome to the Guinness World Records Italian Show – a weekly video series which features the most astonishing, shocking and awe-inspiring record attempts from the seventh series of Italy’s Lo Show Dei Record.
This week’s episode sees Game of Thrones actor and strongman Hafthór Júlíus “Thor” Björnsson (Iceland) and the 2014 world's strongest man Zydrunas Savickas (Lithuania) battle it out in their third record attempt of the series – Most overhead log lifts in one minute.

Thor, who plays ‘The Mountain’ in Game of Thrones, managed to lift the 150 kg (330 lb) log above his head an impressive four times in 60 seconds.
However, Zydrunas completed an incredible six lifts which meant he went home with the Guinness World Records title.
The 'log' – which was heavier than the weight of two adult males – was made of metal and was provided with handles.
Complete log lifts were considered as lifting the log from the ground, raising it overhead with arms extended, and finally returning the log back to the floor in a controlled manner. One of Zydrunas' lifts was discounted as the log was not placed back in a controlled way.
