Each week here on guinnessworldrecords.com, we’ll be dipping into our extensive video library to bring you a classic piece of record-breaking action.

This week’s classics clip heads back to July 2012 and the set of ‘Guinness World Records – Wir Holen Den Rekord Nach Deutschland’ at Europa Park, Rust, Germany, where an impressive amusement park-goer smashes the Most capital cities named in one minute while on a roller-coaster.

Strapped into his seat, turning upside-down and round-and-round, quick-thinking Artjom Pusch (Germany) manages to hold in his screams and successfully name 27 capital cities.

The following year, the show returned to the theme park and the ride hosted more thrill-seeking record-breakers:

Julia and Stephanie Mueller (both Germany) set a record for the Most hair rollers put on in one minute on a roller-coaster, skilfully applying 17.

Then, in yet another feat of team-work, Özgür Tuna and his "co-pilot" Udo Baron (both Germany) took to the track to attempt The most eggs retained whilst on a roller-coaster: Tuna guarded the eggs in a standard shopping basket and Baron called out the direction in which the ride would turn next.
