The aggregate age of the oldest married couple to run a marathon is 170 years 30 days, and was achieved by Masatsugu Uchida (Japan) aged 86 years 289 days and his wife Ryoko Uchida (Japan) aged 83 years 106 days, at the Kobe Marathon, in Kobe, Hyogo, Japan, on 17 November 2019.
The couple has broken their own record of 168 years 32 days achieved on 18 November 2018.
