The most marathons run on consecutive days is 51 and was achieved by Enzo Caporaso (Italy) in Turin, Italy from 23 February to 13 April 2008.
The Italian Federation of Athletics (FIDAL) organised 50 public marathons on the same route through Turin in which there were a total of 608 athletes over the 50 marathons and 36 different winners. The 51st marathon run was the XXII Turin Marathon which attracted 1,775 runners.
