Mohammad was born with a severe lung infection which turned into chronic asthma. It was through fitness and the right nutrition that he has managed to overcome this and erase all symptoms for the past 11 years.

He trained for 2 months leading up to the attempt day by designing his own bespoke training and nutritional regime. Mohammad says "It does not matter what condition you were born in; you can achieve your greatness no matter what. The mind is an incredible place, it can break you if you let it or make you reach your dreams if you conquer it."

Mohammad attempted this record title to raise money for cancer where the donations were put forward to theFaraja Cancer Support Trust in Nairobi.
