The largest practical science lesson consists of 2,900 students, organised by Queensland Government and achieved by Queensland school students (both Australia), in Brisbane, Australia, on 12 August 2016.
Queensland students from all over the state were invited to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre to partake in the attempt, as a prelude to National Science Week. The subject of the lesson was magnetic fields.
