The largest gathering of fairies is 878 and was achieved by Anna's Hope (UK) in Peterborough, UK, on 10 June 2018.
The children's brain tumour charity Anna's Hope previously held the record in 2012 and wanted an opportunity to raise awareness and to reclaim the title. The attempt was held in front of Peterborough Cathedral and was part of the flagship event in their 900 year anniversary celebration calendar.
