After winning the 2023 US Open, Novak Djokovic (Serbia) had accumulated prize money – from singles and (infrequent) doubles combined – of $175,281,484 (£140,604,496; €163,760,057). The 24-time Grand Slam champion boosted his bank balance by $3 million ($2.4 million; €2.8 million) alone by winning his fourth US Open title at Arthur Ashe Stadium in New York City on 10 September 2023.
