The longest journey by motorcycle in a single country (individual) is 132,928 km (82,598 mi) and was achieved by Dana D'Arcy (USA) in the USA, from 3 April 2022 to 5 August 2022.

Dana discovered this record in 2016 and set a goal to beat it. But it wasn't until around 2018 that she felt she could even attempt it. Unfortunately because of the pandemic, she had to wait until 2022 to attempt this record. So she started planning her ride.

She planned her route in the USA based on good weather, visiting Tour of Honor sites and Harley Davidson's 50 Rides/1Nation.

"On this epic journey, I rode over 80,000 miles in 125 days on a 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited"

"I left my home, family and friends and took a four-month sabbatical from my career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in South Florida; to experience a once-in-a-lifetime motorcycle trip. I averaged over 660 miles a day and only missed two days of riding the entire time due to a shredded drive belt but was fortunate enough to get it fixed and back on the road within 48 hours."
