The largest game of basketball knockout consisted of 571 participants and was achieved by VEISHEA (USA), a student organization at Iowa State University, at the Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa, USA, on 17 April 2012.
The contest was won by Michael Wauters who is studying Computer Engineering at Iowa State University.
