  • This record is to be measured by the amount of time spent in the position in minutes and seconds, to the nearest 100th of a second.
  • For the purposes of this record, the challenge consists of the participant resting one forearm on the ground with only the toes of one foot also touching the ground while keeping the other arm and leg risen. Besides the forearm and the toes of one arm and one foot, the remainder of the body (legs and torso) must be lifted off the ground.
