The largest Secret Santa game (multiple venues) involves 1,562 participants and was achieved by ITV (UK) on the set of ITV’s This Morning and 12 other locations across the United Kingdom, on 5 December 2011.
The locations were: Bristol (26 participants), Birmingham 43 participants), Cardiff (35 participants), Gateshead (38 participants), Leeds (ITV Main Building, 157 participants), Leeds (Emmerdale Studio, 43 participants), London (200 Gray’s Inn Road, 280 participants),London (Southbank, 539 participants), London (This Morning Studio, 42 participants), Manchester (Main Building, 236 participants), Manchester (Coronation Street Studio, 39 participants), Norwich (45 participants) and Whiteley (39 participants). The attempt was in aid of the Text SANTA appeal in support of the most vulnerable in society during the festive period. A £1 donation was made by ITV for all those who took part in the event.
