The largest serving of lagman soup weighs 1,135 kg and was achieved by International Beverages Tashkent and PepsiCo in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on 23 May 2026.
This was part of Pepsi Lazzatli Fest. Lagman is a Central Asian noodle soup. Here it was prepared in one giant kazan cauldron which was custom-made for the attempt, the pot alone weighed 1,570 kg. The noodles were hand-pulled from pre-mixed dough and boiled in batches, while the broth and sauce were cooked separately using pre-cut ingredients and beef broth. The final dish was mixed, served hot and sold to the public after the weighing process.
