The largest Aguardiente & Anisette tasting event involved 257 participants, conducted by Ing. José Fernando Botero and achieved by the Sociedad Colombiana de Ciencias Químicas (both Colombia) with the support of Grupo Torrent, at the Salón Rojo - Hotel Tequendama, Bogotá D.C, Colombia on 17 July 2015.
This is the second time that Sociedad Colombiana de Ciencias Químicas achieve a Guinness World Records title. The five different types of Colombian anisette that were tasted were Aguardiente Tapa Roja, Aguardiente Llanero, Aguardiente Nectar Club, Aguardiente Bicentenario de Cundinamarca and Aguardiente Blanco del Valle ICE.
