It was created by OK Watterfäscht 2011 (Switzerland) and presented and measured in Watt, Gemeinde Regensdorf, Switzerland, on 9 July 2011.

The bottle was filled with "Watter-Wein (Cuvee of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder grapes)
