The largest attendance at a film screening was 28,442 people, achieved by Stars and Stripes Honor Flight (USA) for their world premiere of the documentary feature film 'Honor Flight' (2012) by Freethink Media, at Miller Park Stadium, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, on 11 August 2012.

The film depicts the lives of four World War II veterans who were part of the first Honor Flight from the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight Hub in Milwaukee. The event took place at Miller Park Stadium, which is home to the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team. Whilst the stadium has a capacity of 41,900, the seating had to be reduced to accommodate all attendees being able to watch the film on the 5,940 square feet video board. A total of 33,000 tickets were sold for the event and 423 people were deducted from the final number for the record as this amount of people were registered as having left the screening before the end of the film.
