It is for this reason The Hong Kong Federation of Youth decided to work together with the National Xu Beihong Arts Committee to organize the "Ten Thousand Galloping Horses, United with One Heart" art installation. Participants from over 140 different institutions painted paper-mache horse sculptures made from recylced materials to achieve this feat.
