The largest Spam musubi weighed 129.72 kg (286 lb) and was made by Edward Sugimoto (USA) alongside his team at the Annual Rice Fest in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, on 11 September 2011.
Ingredients for the Spam musubi included 320 cups of cooked rice, 26 cans of Spam (cut & cooked) and 120 large sheets of nori (seaweed).
