DO YOU WANT TO SMASH A GUINNESS WORLD RECORD ON TV?

‘Guinness World Records Smashed’ is a brand new studio entertainment show for Sky One's autumn/winter 2008 season. It's going to feature big celebrities, amazing record attempts and remarkable stunts, but most of all it's going to be about you! The key idea is that anyone could be a Guinness World Record holder - and we want to find a whole new generation of stars to come and prove to us what they're made of.

We'll be recording in September and October in and around London and we're looking for wannabe record smashers to show us that you've got what it takes and attempt to break existing world records - or try and set brand new ones. Whether you're 7 or 70 - we want to hear from you!

Take a look at the clips on this page, and on the Guinness World Records website for inspiration, and then send us clips of you at home that show you in action! Or if you don't have a phone or video camera to record yourself, a photo would be fine. Could your skill or hobby turn you into a TV star? Could you be featured in the pages of Guinness World Records next book? Whether it's sitting in a bath of snails or drinking ketchup, we want to hear from you. Are you fantastic on your BMX, roller skates or motorbike? Do you have superhuman strength or endurance? Can you juggle, hop, skip, sing or dance your way into the record books? Whatever it is... don't be shy. Show us!

Please remember - don't try anything dangerous or illegal - and read all the small print first!
