The fastest mile egg and spoon race with both hands is 8 min 5 sec achieved by Ashrita Furman (USA) at the Jamaica High School track in Jamaica, New York, USA, on 18 February 2009.
Ashrita beat his previous record of 8 min 25 sec set on GWR Day 2008.
