At the heart of this cacao wonderland stands the record-breaking fountain.

This wonderful creation was the vision of Helmut Wenschitz, one of Austria’s leading maître chocolatiers who he has more than 100 awards for his revolutionary confections. Wenschitz's plan was to expand his former chocolate and praline production factory. The facility managed to grow to 1,000 square metres and three floors high, slowly evolving into a Willy Wonka reality.

Hundreds of invited spectators descended on Praline World for its official opening ceremony on 11 April where Helmut was able to showcase the fountain’s height by climbing along the side of the fountain, displaying the magnificent chocolate waterfall.

The only difference is that you don’t need a golden ticket to enter! Praline World is now officially open to the general public from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
