Guinness World Records are attending Insomnia63, the UK's biggest gaming festival, running from Friday 24 August-Monday 27 August.

The GWR Live! team will be at Insomnia Friday to Monday, where attendees will have the opportunity to become an official Guinness World Records title holder.

In partnership with GAME Esports and Events, Guinness World Records will be hosting live record breaking attempts, based around games including TrackManiaTurbo, Fortnite and Rocket League.

For each game there will be an opportunity to attempt three different records- some individual, some team of two.

Those with the highest scores of the day will appear on the stage for the epic Nerds and Noobs event, and battle it out with our pro record holders to top the leader board and achieve a Guinness World Records title.

Each day will be a game takeover, with a running leader board of the top players.

After a day of gaming, the top scorers will go on to the stage event, alongside some YouTube gaming royalty.
