Que Jianyu solves three Rubik's cubes at the same time - one with each hand and a third with his feet

A teenage boy who amazed millions by solving three Rubik's cubes while juggling them has now solved three more of the famous puzzles simultaneously using his hands and feet.

13-year-old Que Jianyu (from Xiamen, China) is generally believed to be a master of Rubik's cubes and has further strengthened those credentials with two more Guinness World Records titles.

Achieved for Guinness World Records Day 2018, he set the Fastest time to solve three Rubik's cubes simultaneously with both hands and feet in just 1 minute 36.39 seconds, and then smashed the record for Fastest time to solve a Rubik's cube upside down with a time of 15.84 seconds, beating the previous best by 1.6 seconds.

Que says that Rubik's cubes have changed his way of thinking and allowed him to make more friends.

"When I was younger, I could hardly understand what [having a] dream really meant. It is Rubik's cubes that have made my dream more concrete, and I believe that I have the power to strive for better results in the future."

For the challenge of solving Rubik’s cube with both hands and feet, observation and coordination are the most important thing. Tallking about the most difficult part about the upside down attempt, Que admitted that he would need to strengthen his legs for future attempts.

Fastest time to solve a Rubik's cube upside down

Que has been playing Rubik’s cube since six years old.

Earlier this year he featured on Guinness World Records' channels for his Fastest time to solve three Rubik's cubes whilst juggling (5 minutes 6.61 seconds) and Fastest time to solve a Rubik's Cube (3x3x3) by a team of two (25.63 seconds), both of which were set on the iDream of China TV show.

"For beginners, it may look much difficult to achieve these records. At first, I solved the cube’s by using the formulas, after million times of practice I was familiar with all the logic of the formulas and then I upgrade them to my own way."

"Guinness World Records is a fair platform for challengers from all over the world. Once you set up your mind and you can accomplish anything."
