Welcome to the Guinness World Records Italian Show – a weekly video series which features the most astonishing, shocking and awe-inspiring record attempts from the seventh series of Italy’s Lo Show dei Record.

In this week’s episode, we see the dauntingly strong JD “Iceman” Anderson attempt to take back his record title for the Most ice blocks broken by human battering ram.

The Iceman first claimed the record in 2012 on set of the “Guinness World Records Gone Wild!” television show - where the hulking bodybuilder hurled himself through 13 solid slabs of ice.

Less than a year later, his title was taken by Ugur Ozturk (Turkey) who achieved 14 ice blokes, creating the tense rivalry that has led the Missouri (USA) native to comeback seeking redemption.

In this competition of might and muscle, the Iceman, who is capable of crushing frying pans and baseball bats, must bust through 15 pieces of thick ice to reclaim the record.

Despite the support from audience and JD’s best efforts, he was only able to break through 12 tablets – leaving the current record title to Ugur.

Nevertheless, his resilient attempt affirms his powerful strength.
