Welcome to the Guinness World Records Italian Show – a weekly video series which features the most astonishing, shocking and awe-inspiring record attempts from the seventh series of Italy’s Lo Show Dei Record.

In this week’s episode British stunt performer Damien Walters goes up against freerunner Timothy “Livewire” Sheiff in one of the most challenging parkour record attempts on the show so far: Fastest time to jump over 7 bars (parkour).

Damien (UK) has featured in blockbuster movies such as Captain America, Skyfall, Kingsman, Scott Pilgrim vs the World. He gives the tough course his best shot, but unfortunately does not manage to reach the seventh bar.

Timothy (UK) was the 2009 winner of the World Freerun Championship and has featured on MTV’s Ultimate Parkour Challenge.

In just one attempt, he smashes the record in a staggering 4.45 seconds.

Previously on the Guinness World Records Italian Show, members of pro parkour team Jestion (Italy) competed for the title Farthest distance lache cat leap – swinging from a bar and attempting to catch/grab a wall that is 4.00 metres (13 ft 1.48 in) metres away.

We also saw professional stuntman Amadei Weiland from Germany and freerunner David Fanelli from Italy attempt to set a new record for the Highest wall-assisted backflip.
