This week’s episode sees three specialists in free running from the UK go head-to-head for the record Fastest time to Double Kong 10 obstacles (five pairs).

A Double Kong is a type of vault that is performed to clear two obstacles, with the traceur pushing off with the hands twice before letting the feet touch the ground.
 
 
The winner of the demanding challenge was Vjaceslavs Petins from Latvia, who secured the new record in an incredible time of 6.37 seconds.

Previously on the Guinness World Records Italian Show, we saw members of Italian pro parkour team Jestion compete for the Guinness World Records title Farthest distance lache cat leap – swinging from a bar and attempting to catch/grab a wall that is metres away.
 
Gian Marco Oddo successfully landed a breath-taking 4.00 m (13 ft 1.48 in) lache cat leap and took home the record.
