This week’s clip shows the moment super-fit Neil Whyte (Australia) completed the Most push ups on Swiss balls in one minute, executing an extraordinary 31 press ups with his hands and feet balanced on four bouncy exercise balls on the set of CCTV Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China in 2011.

Neil significantly bettered his previous record total of 26 that he had achieved just months earlier.
 
Following the Guinness World Records rules for all push ups titles, Neil’s body remained straight throughout the attempt (with no bending at the knees or waist) and his body was lowered until at his elbows were at a 90-degree angle for each rep.
