Because of their convincing margin of victory, the students of Boise State University make the "they slipped past the competition" pun a moot point, but we're not ones to waste good word play here.

The group claimed 52.29% of votes for its longest distance on a slip-and-slide in 1 hour, sliding away past the others in last week's Fan Choice. Go Broncos!

Every Friday here, we'll pick five records recently approved by our expert Records Management Team. We'll give you a little background on each and then ask you to vote for your favorite. The winners from each week, like the Boise State slip-and-sliders, will be entered into an end-of-year bracket to determine the Fan Choice record of the year.
