We asked for it. And we got it. A sequel to "Sharknado" is on the way.

After the instant "classic" TV movie debuted on SyFy last month, enough cult support swelled to force a sequel. And for the last few weeks, SyFy has been asking Twitter fans for help in naming said sequel. The winner: " Sharknado 2: The Second One." Every generation gets the sequel it deserves. Something tells me the star Ian Zeiring (pictured above) vehicle will fall just a little short of the record for highest grossing movie sequel, held by "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2" at more than $1.34 billion (£863+ million).

Breaking news alert: weddings are expensive. A CNN study broke down the nitty gritty costs of every couple's big day, cullilng statistics from a number of different wedding reports. The average cost of a wedding in the U.S. in 2012? That would be $28,427 (£18,319). Pricey, but at least rest assured it's still a bargain compared to the most expensive wedding ever recorded: when Vanisha Mittal, daughter of billionaire Lakshmi Mittal, married investment banker Amit Bhatia in 2004, the ceremony lasted six days in Versailles at the cost of a mere $55 million (then over £28 million).

We know it's still summer and hot beverages are probably the last thing on your mind. But, when winter arrives, take solace in the fact that a hot cocoa may be doing yourself a favor. A recent Harvard Medical School-led study found that drinking two cups of hot cocoa a day can help stave off mental decline. Those scientists would've gone crazy if they came across the largest cup of hot cocoa, at 3,331.16 litres (732.753 gallons, 880 US gal) made by The Festival of Chocolate and the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa, Florida, USA, earlier this year.

Lastly, going up? If you plan on living in the Intempo building in Benidorm, Spain, then you better be in great shape. The 47-story skyscraper is missing one key feature in its plans: elevators, which the architects failed to account for. We bet the residents there are super jealous of those who get to use Taipei 101 in Taiwan. That building boasts the fastest elevators in the world, at top speeds of 37.6 mph (60.6 km/h) and able to go from ground floor to 89th in just 40 seconds.
