Well that was a fun few weeks, seeing who you guys voted as your favorite record holders featured in the Guinness World Records 2014 edition.

The latest fan favorite? Julia Plecher, who sprinted off to victory (in style we might add!) as the fastest 100 meters in high heels with 40 per cent of your votes. She joins Hercules the liger and escapologist Lucas Wilson as the trio of Fan Choice winners from our weeks of GWR 2014 contestants.

But now we get back to some of the records verified by our team this week from competitors just like you. So cast your vote below and let us know what you think in the comments. But first, paper dolls and people, they are a similar shape.

LARGEST DISPLAY OF HANDMADE PAPER DOLLS (pictured above)

Record: 1,145

Holder: Amna Al Fard (UAE)

Location: Maraya Art Centre, Sharjah, UAE

That's not all: The process of quilling, which is used to make these dolls, dates back to 13th century Europe. Each doll above can take around 3 hours to be completed, and the entire collection required more than two years and an estimated 3,400-plus hours of work to create, all by hand.

MOST DOGS WASHED IN 24 HOURS BY AN INDIVIDUAL

Record: 118 clean pooches

Holder: Christian Canizales (USA)

Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA

That's not all: Canizales made the attempt to raise funds and awareness for an animal rescue facility. Different sized pools and washing stations were held to accomodate dogs of all sizes, and the record required that the dogs be dried off after their washings as well.

LARGEST GATHERING OF CENTENARIANS

Record: 31

Holder: Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers (USA)

Location: Somerset, New Jersey, USA

That's not all: Age is, indeed, nothing but a number! This particular center gathered centenarians and their families from around New Jersey and the surrounding areas for a three-course luncheon, featuring music of the guests of honor's time and sashes provided to each one emblazoned with the word "celebrity."

LARGEST SNOWBALL

Record: 10.04 m (32.94 ft) in circumference

Holders: S tudents from ASME Michigan Technological University (USA)

Location: Houghton, Michigan, USA

That's not all: Winter is coming! The diameter of the snowball measured 3.20 m (10.45 ft) and its height reached 3.28 m (9.28 ft). The school had originally held this record in 2006, only to see it broken twice in the interim, before finally reclaiming their snowy title.

Record: 2.28 m (90 in) high, 1.01 m (40 in) long and 0.58 m wide

Holder: Smithfield Fast Lube (USA)

Location: Smithfield, Virginia, USA

That's not all: The full bottle contained 757 litres (26.74 cubic ft) of motor oil, which was inserted in a way that allowed it to be used in future oil changes for Smithfield Fast Lube's customers. From completion to final touches, the bottle took 12 days to construct.
