Guinness World Records is partnered with the Virgin London Marathon to provide runners with record verification on the day of the race.
At the 2012 event over 150 runners attempted to break an incredible selection of Guinness World Records ranging from theFastest Marathon Hula Hoopingto theFastest Marathon in a Two-Person Pantomime Horse Costume. Twenty-nine records were achieved on the day.
You can help make the 2013 Virgin London Marathon the best yet by attempting to break a world record on the day.
