Royal Caribbean International, one of the world's leading cruise companies, launched its 'Pack More In' campaign after research revealed that holidaymakers get most excited about their holiday when they start packing. Royal Caribbean wanted to engage their travel partners and agents in a fun and exciting way to drive the brand, the campaign, and sales of their cruises.
Following a nationwide direct mail campaign, Royal Caribbean International's regional sales managers visited travel agents and recorded their Guinness World Records attempts, with the results uploaded to a regional leader board. The winner from each region was invited to compete in the grand final on board the Independence of the Seas, with the fastest agent walking away with an official Guinness World Records title.
